COMEIPL Match Scores and Fantasy Points Are Different
A cricket scorecard records the real match, while fantasy points follow a service’s separate scoring rules. Do not read the two totals as interchangeable measures.
Read the real-match values
Runs, wickets and valid balls describe the innings. Teams, date, innings and status identify the event. Use the current competition scorecard for the real fixture or result rather than a product category or promotional image.
Read the separate scoring rules
A fantasy service may assign points to player events according to its published system. The point value depends on those rules and can differ from the player’s runs or the team score. Check the specific rules before interpreting a points total.
Keep availability and rights as separate questions
Check the current service information to see which matches, fantasy activities or viewing options it offers. Review the current service’s eligibility and offering, and use the competition source for match facts.
A useful next step
Use the IPL hub for score and event reading, then return to the COME overview for app-related tasks.
